Cancellation and Liability Policy

If you notify the organisation (email: colegiogeografica@oep.pt) until 30 September that you are unable to attend, you will receive a full refund. Notifications received until 15th October will result in a refund less 100€ (if full registration with hotel, "special packcage”) or less 50€ (registration with no hotel included). After 16 of October there will be no refunds.

The registration can be transferred to other person, at no cost, if the organisation is informed until 15th October.

Excursions and/or programme items as announced, may be changed or cancelled by organisers without creating any right to indemnification or compensation. Social events are subject to minimum number of participants and the organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel social events without prior notice. Excursions which are subject to an extra booking fee, will be reimbursed in case of cancellation upon low interest.
